By downloading, installing, or using any application, platform, or service provided by Thorix (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

Termination may occur without prior notice. Users who believe their account was terminated in error may contact us using the information provided in Section 11.

The Services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Thorix does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Thorix is not responsible for any user-generated content posted through the Services. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thorix and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
